Denise Dupont-- PPF Adult-FIT TrainerMy fitness journey began after the birth of my third child. I started running as a way to lose the "baby weight". I loved the competitive aspect of running races, and it became my mission to improve my times. In order to do that, I tried PPF on the recommendation of a friend. From that first class, I was hooked. Immediately fitness became a lifestyle for me, and along the way, it has also become my passion. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, and CPR certified through The National Personal Training Association.Motto: Each new day is a new opportunity to improve yourself. Take it. And make the most of it.
Allen Patrick-- PPF Athlete Trainer
From a young age I became involved in many different athletic programs, but football was my passion. After high school, I ended up going to Independence Community College as a safety and from there received my Associate’s degree in Sociology. I signed with the University of Oklahoma prior to graduation at ICC as a safety but once I arrived, I was moved to running back. I played at Oklahoma from 2005-2007 and was a team captain 2 of those years. In 2008 I attended the combine and entered the draft. I was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens and played for teams including the Cleveland Browns, New York Giants, and Jacksonville Jaguars.
Although my professional football career ended in 2012, the passion for athletics never left. I found a love in working with kids of all ages and for several years coached with Kids and Pros with a focus on Heads Up football that taught safe tackling techniques. I have done personal training as well as position training for the last 6 years and am certified in first aid and CPR.
My motto has always been, “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.”

Once a teacher always a teacher. Training is teaching your students to set goals and then follow through with a plan to achieve those goals. We all know the importance of continuously working to achieve and maintain a desired fitness level, regardless the amount of experience one may have. Their unique fitness goals are as important to me as they are to them. As a fitness coach, I have the unique opportunity to help others along their paths to a better- balanced life. Keeping physically fit is a lifetime goal that we all share.
Motto: Your pain today will be your strength tomorrow!
